The Hotel Phoenix was built in 1887 and extended in 1967, renovations were last completed in 1990, as the preservation of the historic style was of the utmost importance. The hotel now boasts seventy-well-equipped-guestrooms all with en-suite bathroom, a beautifully designed bar which is connected to the hotel a la carte restaurant. Musical evenings with dancing are put on through-out most of the year, except in July and August.
